Middle School Beginner Camp

Service Description

Beginner - no volleyball or sports experience. This camp is built for middle school girls who are ready to learn the game of volleyball. We keep the group small (only 8 athletes) so each player can get targeted feedback and high-quality reps in a team-focused environment. Girls will work on all core skills, develop court awareness, and start to understand the timing and decision-making that drive real game play. We’ll train both the body and the mind—how to move with intention, how to support teammates, and how to see the bigger picture on the court. It’s the foundation every great player builds from.
